No objection was raised to planning permission for the removal of existing telecoms apparatus and replacement with new equipment.

Residential use for former office at Aldwych Theatre
Planning permission was sought to return part of the Aldwych Theatre to residential use, having been an office since the early 1990s. No overall objection was raised subject to sufficient legal agreements and conditions protecting the theatre.

Repair of external frieze at Apollo Victoria Theatre
Works to treat corrosion and repair and restore a decorative frieze next to the theatre's Wilton Road entrance were supported. A protective sheet will be placed around it to prevent future water ingress and damage.

Air conditioning and accessibility works at Angles Theatre
Listed building consent covering the replacement of two sets of internal staircases with new stairs and platform lifts to enable wheelchair access to upper levels, and installation of air conditioning units, was supported.

Planning permission for the installation of eight air conditioning units across three locations at Angles Theatre in Wisbech was supported.

Listed building consent for replacement seat covers to existing design but with replacement fabric due to the original method being discontinued, and replacement carpet, was supported.

Renewal of temporary planning permission for timber decking, seating and planters pending a longer-term project was supported.

Formal theatre use for hall in Herne Bay
Change of use to a theatre for a hall currently owned by the Herne Bay Musical Theatre Society and used for their rehearsals was supported. This will support its use for their performances.

Replacement signage at Manchester's Opera House
Listed building consent for the installation of digital signage to replace existing signage and poster boards was supported.
