Conference 24: Making Theatres Thrive sessions and speakers
We are pleased to announce further details about the programme and the first wave of speakers for our conference on 8 October in Salford.
Sessions include:
- Thriving Places – panel exploring the civic role of theatres
- Capital Lightning Round – Design for Resilience – a quick-fire update on some recent theatre capital projects
- Thriving Purpose – panel discussion on new approaches, new business models and new forms of content creation
- Surviving a Capital Build - industry experts share the tips they wish they'd known before starting a capital project
- Thriving People - Artistic Directors and other theatre leaders will share their vision for their organisations to truly thrive
The conference also features new catalyst sessions, offering a chance for delegates to explore a key topic in-depth, sparked by a conversation starter by a session leader.
