Discharge of condition at development next to Theatr Colwyn
Partial discharge of a planning condition related to noise mitigations to protect Theatr Colwyn was supported. The submitted noise assessment used acceptable methodology and set out recommendations, but measures must be implemented for full approval.

Extension to Mull Theatre
Planning permission for an extension to provide Mull Theatre with foyer space including a cafe/bar along with workshops was supported.

Outline plans for Prince of Wales Theatre in Cannock
The Trust was supportive in principle of initial town centre regeneration plans for the town which include extension and improvements to the Prince of Wales Theatre.

Change of use of Worksop's Regal to residential
The Trust has submitted an indication it will object to plans to convert the vacant Regal in Worksop to residential use unless evidence is provided in line with policy that the building is surplus to requirements.

Installation of heating and ventilation at new Crown Wharf Theatre
The Trust supported planning permission for the installation of heating, cooling and ventilation at Crown Wharf Theatre in Stone, which is currently under construction as part of a canalside development with a pub.

Alterations to provide private bar at Blackpool Winter Gardens
The Trust supported listed building consent for alterations to an annex of the Circle bar to the Opera House, currently used for storage, which will return it to use and install a bar counter for private functions and events.

Bar alteration at Empress Ballroom, Blackpool Winter Gardens
A proposal to alter a 1970s bar to the Circle at the Empress Ballroom was supported as it will reveal hidden features and make it wheelchair accessible.

WC alterations at Blackpool Winter Gardens' Renaissance restaurant
The Trust supported alterations within a WC block which will improve provision and remove later panelling to reveal decorative tiling.

Alterations at Halifax's Victoria Theatre
The Trust has given in-principle support for planning permission and listed building consent at the Victoria, which would see the box office and adjacent retail unit integrated with the foyer for a cafe/bar along with improved accessibility.

Insulation and air handling upgrades at Theatr Brycheiniog
We supported planning permission at Theatr Brycheiniog in Brecon for replacement windows for greater insulation and efficiency and new ventilation units within an existing enclosure.

Revisions to plans at The Brindley
The Trust raised no objections to minor amendments to extension plans for The Brindley in Runcorn, part of which alters glazing to reduce overheating which was a query raised in our original submission. We continue to support the scheme.

Change of use and alterations to return Twentieth Century to use
The Trust supported planning permission for change of use which will return the Twentieth Century Theatre in Notting Hill back to use as a performance venue, and conditionally supported listed building consent for alterations.
