Theatres Trust pleased RIBA National celebrates venues for performance
Theatres Trust is delighted to see that four theatres and one concert hall have been awarded RIBA National Awards. These are the Liverpool Royal Court, Shaftesbury Theatre London, Chester Storyhouse, the Susie Sainsbury Theatre at the Royal Academy of Music, and the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire
Theatres Trust, the national advisory body for theatres, has supported many of these through the planning process and in some cases provided in depth guidance to help create the best possible buildings for the end users. These awards are testament to the quality of theatre architecture in Britain, providing new and improved facilities for performers, staff and audiences across the UK.
