Opportunity: General Manager (maternity cover)
We are looking for maternity cover for the General Manager role.
This is a 10-month full-time, fixed-term role with the opportunity to potentially extend.
You will bring your experience in project and personnel management, which could come from a range of backgrounds. You will support the overall work of the organisation through effective organisational, operational, project, and event management. This is a key role in the organisation, ensuring that we are well run with effective support processes and systems and supporting or leading the delivery of strategic projects and events.
You will be joining at an exciting time as we deliver Theatres Fit for the Future, our new 3-year strategy. The role offers an opportunity to play a key role in supporting the staff team and trustees within the organisation to deliver on our objectives and make a difference to the UK’s theatres.

Salary - £42,000-£45,000 dependent on experience, plus generous holiday and pension package.
