Job opportunity: Theatres Database Project Manager
We are looking to recruit a Theatres Database Project Manager to coordinate the delivery of an exciting new comprehensive database of all the UK’s theatres.
The Theatres Database will serve and support the theatre sector with intelligence and data of the theatre network.
This is a part-time (0.6 FTE), 12-month fixed term role with a salary £40,000 – 45,000 FTE (actual £24,000-27,000 pro rata on 0.6 FTE).
You will be an experienced project lead, with experience in planning and execution of complex projects / programmes involving multiple workstreams and multiple stakeholders. Your role will be to oversee the strategic project delivery plan, liaise with a range of project stakeholders and coordinate the delivery of the technology solution and data gathering strategy.
It is not essential for you to have specialist IT or data and research skills as you will be procuring external consultants for these elements, although any project management experience in either database procurement and / or data collection / research projects would be welcome.
This position will be line managed by the Director but will have close working relationships with other members of the team, as well as a stakeholder group.
You do not need to be based in the Theatres Trust’s London office, but you will be expected to undertake some UK travel for stakeholder meetings and to attend monthly team meetings in the office.
The successful candidate may have experience from previous roles such as: Implementation Project Manager, Database Project Manager, Programme Manager, etc.
