Historic England
Historic England is the public body that looks after England's historic environment. It provides grant support for our statutory work on theatre-related planning applications and supports our Theatres at Risk Capacity Building Programme.

Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation
Andrew Lloyd Webber works to promote the arts, culture and heritage for public benefit. The Foundation provided grant support for our UK Theatres Grants Scheme, which was been repurposed as the Theatre Reopening Fund 2020/21.

Judy Craymer CBE
Judy Craymer is the creator/producer of Mamma Mia! the musical and the movie. She donated tickets to the #SaveOurTheatres campaign and money to the Theatre Reopening Fund (2020/21) and Small Grants Programme (2021-)

Charles Holloway, a Theatres Trust Friend, donated to the UK Theatres Grants Scheme (2012/20), our Theatre Reopening Fund (2020/21) and our Small Grants Programme, via the Charles Michael Holloway Charitable Trust.

The Linbury Trust is an independent grant-making trust founded by Lord and Lady Sainsbury CBE. The trust funds compelling projects in the areas of culture, environment, social, and community welfare. The Linbury Trust supports our Small Grants Programme.

The Society of London Theatre’s affiliated registered charity offers grants to promote and advance the dramatic and other performing arts for the benefit of the public. Theatre Development Trust was the sole funder for our Accessible Theatres Scheme.
